FWM Publishes New eBook for Realtor Virtual Assistants

DALLAS, Texas. – October 7, 2011 Favors Writing Management – FWM announced today the introduction of the company’s new eBook for virtual assistants whose clients are licensed real estate agents.

Virtual Assistants Today

As the demand for social media marketing increases, the need for Virtual Assistants is expected to continue as businesses shift from traditional to online advertising.

Long gone are the days of virtual assistants answering calls transferred from a traditional customer service center or medical transcriptionists who both type and submit reports to their local hospital. Today, virtual assistants not only provide traditional back office support, but they also offer expertise in marketing, advertising, and web content management.

For example, the advertising business environment has changed from traditional direct mailing to marketing online through email and social media. In addition, whereas most employees only needed knowledge of typing principles, word processing software, and basic accounting in the past, today employees must possess a working knowledge of website development, web content management, and social media marketing.

The eBook functions as both a manual and an instructional text. The development of the eBook grows from a primary concern for licensed real estate agents who want to market properties by utilizing social media marketing tools.

For example, real estate agents who do not have access to the technology tools of larger brokers often find it difficult to market properties. The eBook provides the most practical tools for initiating, developing, and maintaining e-Marketing promotional plans and campaigns.

Structure

The FAVORS Virtual Assistant Guide functions as a quick-reference handbook and instructional text, and it offers recommendations for creating and managing a social media marketing program.

The eBook is divided into five major sections. Within these sections are practical steps for initiating and maintaining blogging sites, creating and managing a Facebook fan page, and preparing and coordinating documentation necessary for realtors to conduct business within a changing business environment.

A unique feature of the book is the “Web Traffic and Internet Marketing” section where readers will learn how to manage an SEO advertising program, create an e-Marketing campaign, and link and monetize all company and social media websites.

The purpose of the eBook is to function as a quick-reference tool that allows real estate agents to teach and train their VAs on how to provide both general back office support and on how to initiate and manage online marketing campaigns for real estate properties.

About the Founder

As Founder, President and Editorial Director of Favors Writing Management, Regina Y. Favors is responsible for the strategic direction of the company. Favors has over 10 years of combined experience in teaching, tutoring, editing, and professional writing.

As Editorial Director, Favors creates, develops, and manages guidelines for published articles housed on third-party contractor websites. Favors develops policies for ghostwriting, legal writing, copywriting, and business writing services delivered through FWM.
In addition, Favors writes and manages the development of web content for social media marketing companies, private, public, and online.
