The book is a preparatory tool for college students desiring to enter the pastoral ministry.

It also functions as a ministry resource for pastors and their administrative staff.

Students will find that the book offers useful tips to help them be proactive about setting and accomplishing realistic goals; and pastors will discover that it is a useful resource for encouraging church staff members to organize and manage tasks efficiently.
